Graffiti is often considered to be vandalism rather than a work of art. I have a new found appreciation for it and most definitely considered it to be art work.London recently kicked off their Cans Festival. A grip of the world's best-known graffiti artists painted the town in a vibrant array of colors during a three-day street-art battle.
